Change


Sometimes, the change we want is not the change we need.  It's hard to change.  Habits are hard to break. But it can be done!  I know, I've made lots of changes and have grown and matured throughout my life.  Change is constant.

The best way to change is just to start doing things the way you want to change. Believe in yourself!  I remember ten years ago, when I won the WITW contest and ended up loosing 90 pounds in nine months!  I just have to remember that change takes time.  New habits take time to develop.  I can do this!
