Fall Equinox

I was mentioning to Derrick that my thoughts have been mostly about Haylee lately.  I felt that grief was following me around.  He looked at me and said that makes sense mom, it's the equinox.  I gave him a puzzled look.

He said, you know, when the earth is perpendicular to the sun...weird things happen!  I said, in my spooky silly voice...you mean all the spirits on earth are released to go to heaven?  He said maybe...

Hmmm...maybe...  No wonder my mom liked fall the best!
