4 Week Numbers

It's been four weeks since I started the Mercy Weight Mangament program.  I am happy to report that I have lost 9.5 pounds!  I feel great and I'm hardly ever hungry!

I have to step up my game though and start working out more.  You see, although I do walk my dog most nights,  I am quick to tell myself that that is enough exercise for me.  So, I'm making it my challenge this week, to work out 4 of the days in addition to walking Aiden.

My goal is to return to a healthy weight of 150-160 pounds by my 54th birthday in December.
