We Got Eight!

Thank you Skylar!  You went to bed around 10 and woke up after 6!  Grandma and everyone else in the house will be happier today.

The amount of sleep you get is one of the greatest indicators of health. When I get enough sleep, my day goes better: I eat well, I have time to exercise and most of all, I smile more!
