I am a Mom

It is the Friday before school starts. Anyone in education knows that school buildings and anyone who helps them run, are extremely busy. I want to thank Derrick for helping me today.  You are the best.

So now I'm home...and unfortunately for me a car similar to the one that hit Haylee is parked in my driveway...so sad for me and yet so unknowing or inconsequential to the owner of the car.

Then my daughter Justine sent me this:  To Mom

Almost everyday of her life, Haylee reminded me that I was her mom.  I had to listen...because I was her mom.  Or I had to go with her to something she didn't want to do because I am her mom.  I love you Haylee.

This is hard to write because I am a Mom.
