Rest Makes You Strong

Since I haven't been sleeping well, I didn't make it to the YMCA on Thursday or Friday.  I used to feel really guilty about not doing cardio everyday.  Thankfully, I've grown out of that!  It's okay to 'just' take my dog for a walk.  Or 'just' walk a little extra at work or to count shopping as exercise!

I have my strongest workouts on days when I haven't workout the day before.  Today was no different.  My cardio was really strong ... I even ran intervals for 10 minutes on the treadmill.  I also got a full circuit of weight training in.

Rest is good for you!
