Whatever Gets You Through Today

Something must be going on within me as I had a really good hour long cardio session at the YMCA tonight.  Lately, I only manage to get 30 minutes in but tonight, I pedaled for 30 and then went on an AMT for another, more intense 30 minutes.  I turned my music up loud, closed my eyes, and nearly cried as I took my body to near exhaustion.  The song I remember the most is "Whatever Gets You Through Today" or whatever gets you through the day.  (from a Grey's Anatomy soundtrack)

I'm glad that I have a YMCA for exercise to help manage my stress.
