Motivation
Sometimes I am my own worst enemy. It's the days when I feel like doing nothing...and those days seem to be happening more and more often.
I work at the YMCA. Part of the reason I've kept this part time job is because it makes me go to the YMCA! While at the YMCA, I can workout. As a perk, I get a free membership which means I can workout whenever I want. The problem is, I don't seem to want to workout anymore.
So how can I motivate myself?
